I wonder what I will be doing? Hrm. I don’t know. You see, I managed to get myself into the doghouse during the mother-in-law visit. It happens every time, and always has for the last 9 years. And it doesn’t really matter what I do. I get in trouble if I stay at work too much. I get in trouble if I don’t visit. I get in trouble if I want to stay home. I get in trouble if I get an attitude when we’re out. I get in trouble if I blog about it, I go insane if I don’t.
Last night I apparently came off as rude and bitchy when I gave her trouble about some food she ordered and then didn’t eat, but had everything else. It was no more bitchy than when MY mom was here and tried to print something from my computer and didn’t open the paper tray and caused this big ol’ jam. Boy did I give HER hell. I am clearly just a bitch.
So yeah. Don’t know what I’m doing… Gay Pride is going on, but it’ll be my last two days before I go to work at the new job, and I’d really like to spend it with my man. You know, do something special. Not exhaust myself running around drunk in the heat.
