Mid-day Sleep Habits
So interestingly enough I came home from work and took a nap. Actually it was 2 naps. It turns out that even though I got 4 hours of sleep going to bed at 10 (which is crazy early for me) I was still tired after the infamous 5 till two shift. Then I woke up and started washing the insides of the windows. Crazy, I know.
The weird part is that I never nap. I hate naps, and napping. It feels like a waste of time. But I was refreshed when I finally got moving again. What do you think about the napping thing?
