It’s a fabulous Sunday morning… well afternoon here at danielphillip.com. My smart man came up with the smart idea of keeping our home closed up after the Day Of AC, and this morning while it was already 91 (F) on the outside, it was still 82 on the inside! And best of all, not humid. I’m thinkin’ I want more AC action today. I mean really… how much can it cost? We should at least maintain the 80’s in here right? (AC action! Ooh! Er!)
So every time I have gone down to the kitchen I have glanced out the window and caught a hummingbird at my feeder. How cool is that? In fact, last night while Richard was grilling, we watched as one little hummer guarded the feeder from other hummingbirds! What was that about? There were at least 3 other birds trying to get some dinner and he was keeping them away… And to think I was worried about them not using it! It’s the busiest spot in the yard!
What else? I am out of milk so my coffee is not very good. I see a trip to Starbucks in my very near future. I have some bills I am putting off paying. Oh, and I want to vacuum before Richard comes home and shuts down my AC. He’s so frugal. Oh, and I found out yesterday that I am using the net on my phone too much. Not the texts, those are unlimited. It’s the moblogging. The moblogging. I love the moblogging! Apparently there is a better data plan for me that will meet my needs for an extra 4.95 a month. Gah. I thought I got to send like 40 pictures a month, but when I look at my usage… I am reading comments on the phone. So, yeah.. I can see how that would more than double my use. But that extra 4.95 a month could make me very happy! But so would a new computer. Oh, the sacrifices we must make.

Now I really feel spoiled, I keep my house at a cool 75 degrees for 6 months out of the year. I do pay for it however, every time the electric bill arrives.
Aggressive hummingbirds?! They look so sweet. Whoda thought.
I get 400 pics a month with my cellphone plan but I think my pics are going as multimedia/text messages. Will have to check the next bill.
