Here’s Where I Get A Little Nutty. Oh, And There Was A Dinner Too.
What a busy day! I barely had a moment to myself, which is funny since I was alone all day... First of all, there has been this talk about a possibility of moving. It has really gotten me into a mood. There's all the career things to consider, yes, and thanks for all the comments on that. There's is also the feeling of not being prepared!
So I have started in on this "deep cleaning" thing. I mean, part of being ready to move is freshly laundered bathroom rugs, and windexed glass shelves, right? Why move anything dirty? And one doesn't want to have to do any cleaning after all your crap is out, so it's all about maintenance now. Don't get me wrong, we keep a tidy house, but I need to lift up the stove top now and again, and vacuum under that refrigerator regularly! I should probably wipe out the cupboards too, one every few days. Luckily we've just had the complex do our carpeting...
