So. There is a lot of media attention around the blog. More than usual actually, as I just saw the receptionist guy on the Desperate Housewives say to Lynette that he was “updating my blog”. So my question is this: Is blogging (in your experience) more mainstream than it was?

I often say that I am a Madonna queen. You know, versus like a Cher queen. Silly, I know. Anyway, I have always loved Madonna. I can remember staying up until midnight to hear Material Girl played on the radio for the first time. I remember how excited I was when she did a movie, and being bummed when True Blue was like only released in Europe or something (I never said it was a clear memory). I think we all have at least one Madonna song we just love. Bringing me to my question…

What have I been up to? Well in my on-going effort to make danielphillip.com a better, more entertaining place I have installed a polling module and a new category. That’s right kids, I want to get a weekly feature of my very own going. I was inspired yet again by the sheer brilliance that is Heathers. We will be having our very own “lunchtime poll”. I figure Tuesdays are as good a day as any, but it is apparently already Wednesday.. Hmm. Well, that’s about right. Weekly, on Tuesdays or perhaps Wednesdays we’ll have a poll. A vote, if you will. So, use the link and send me topics, eh? I’m no genius over here… The formats allowable (well, possible) are true or false and multiple choice.
