OMG. I haven’t posted all day. Weird. I have to say though, today was kinda off. It started normal enough, day off, gym time, shopping, ect. But I still have to say overall today kinda sucked. I hate arguing. It totally wrecks my mojo.

Tomorrow the final phase of furniture comes in. After this the house is officially full. No more furnishing will be possible. No more room. We have a chair in every possible corner. Or a couch. Whatever is appropriate. Heheheh. That’s right, the recliners Richard ordered will finally be delivered. Those are for the sitting room off the kitchen. The chairs from there are to be split up. One goes into the office, for 2 person computer viewing. The other up into the master bedroom, completing the new look.

I am officially afraid of how much stuff we own. We will never fit into an apartment again.. Scary. I feel so grown up old.

I am not going to the gym today. I will go all of the other days off on my fancy 5 day weekend, but not today. I don’t feel guilty about that either. Nope. No guilt.

What a relaxing day! Richard had to work, and I’ve had the house to myself all day! I did absolutely nothing. It felt so nice! I goofed around on the computer and basically lounged all day…

Now I have selected 2 recipes for dinner. When Richard gets home we will go out to the luxurious remodeled Vons for ingredients. Then we will come back to the house and cuddle by the fire, have cocktails, eat dinner, maybe watch a movie, and retire. Aren’t I fancy?? We’ll have to do a blogumentary on the dinner recipe though, if only because of it’s source. Hehheh.

No more Martha Stewart style posts either… I won’t have the time! Heh! But it has been a good few days off. Not only did I sit around the house blogging (I was home alone for most of the time). I did a lot of chores around the house, removed Christmas, and managed to ring in the New Year without too much fuss.I saw a couple good movies too! Superman Returns, The DaVinci Code, Friends With Money, and An American Haunting. They were all pretty good. I loved The DA Vinci Code. Superman was nice to look at. Oh and I finally saw the new Pirates movie! Johnny Depp… Mmmm.

So today is the last day in my FIVE days off. Sigh. Richard is home today too! He’s already listing all kinds of chores. Ugh.

As a day off, that is.

Today I have changed the bed, done 4 loads of laundry, vacuumed all flooring surfaces, washed the bathroom floors/sinks/commodes, cleaned out the filter on the fish tank, got the car washed, went to the dry cleaners, did the grocery shopping, and Swiffered stuff.

Good lawd! I haven’t even started making dinner because I have brownies in the oven! I feel like Donna Reed! Only more mannish and substantially hairier. Plus, I don’t think I could vacuum in heels. I’d more than likely fall down. Heh.

So today was nice. Very nice in fact. I slept in late. Found this, which I had thought to be very hard to do, but was as easy as a Blogroll. I then immediately messed with the color, making it very ugly (which is good, as it matches the current look here…) I made it to the gym again. Yay!
