Got your attention didn’t I Fred?? Heheheh.

Sorry, I know the internets hate an inside joke, so I’ll explain… Fred hosted the ‘Gay Superbowl’ Oscar event and actually did a marvelous job of it. It reminded me of the tasteful parties we’d experienced up north by the one and only cruise director Charleen.  That means it was good yo. The food, the wine, mmmm. The company was good too.

First of all I need to say that my own Fred, the first person I met in San Diego, well… He knows a bit of everything. I am still amazed by the variety of topics he is knowledgeable in. Wow. Tim and Jae were there, a charming couple we met through Fred. Daniel arrived later. How handy that I didn’t have to learn a new name! Then there were the Oscar dresses. Yikes! I am sure others are covering the good and bad so I’ll shush up about the opinions we had.. heh. “Is that actual Muppet fur???”

At any rate, it was a great night. I like my San Diego peeps yo. But I did an extra half hour of cardio today and I have to be up sooo early tomorrow.. goodnight.

I kind of like the right now feel of the Twitter thing, and so here in a full blown post is my right now (just pretend it’s different from what I normally do, okay??). I am here at my desk after work, surfing the internet. I have my electric foot massage thing tucked under the desk and I have the vibration and heat settings on full blast. It also has this swirly massage ball thing, but when my feet ache it is a bit much. Almost hurts really. It was a frustrating, yet very productive day. This is good. The productive part. The frustrating part is that bit about working with people. I think that will always be the downside of my, or any position. Isn’t that funny?

Anyway, I just wanted to check in. Do we think the whoring for nominations is a bit much? Have you nominated me? Get creative if you do… I fit into a few different categories!

I would like to thank the internets for the thoughtful greetings on my poorly placed birthday. It was much appreciated! Did y’all plan that song thing? I loved it! Cha cha cha!

Here at the home front not much happened. I woke up, dressed, went to work, survived a day of retail in December, and came home to an empty house. Richard did bring home some Chevy’s take-out, which was nice. And for the special occasion I got flan. Not that I didn’t appreciate the flan. Lawd knows I love a good flan!

Sheesh. Is December over yet? Stick a fork in me people. I am done.

It’s my newest internet addiction! I am sure I am totally late on this one, but here goes. There’s this home schooled religious hot girl (lonelygirl15) who has a vlog on YouTube. It’s well done. I mean really well done. In fact there is speculation on whether it’s a fraud or a commercial or something! Apparently her BFF Daniel helps out with the editing, as well as maintaining his own vlog. There is a lot of cross vlog banter and drama. Really seems scripted… but maybe not… I just watched like 8 videos from the 2 of them. I am totally hooked. Be sure to delve into the comments. There are sometimes a lot (627?!) but heheh, fun stuff.

What??? I have been up here at the computer listening to the TV as old Seinfelds and that program with the chubby UPS guy with the cute little wife are playing. In the last hour the phone date ads have been alternating from gay to straight to lesbian to bi. I am now waiting because I am positive transgendered must be coming up.

Don’t get me wrong, I am ALL about diversity, but this just seems a bit over the top. Every commercial break we are pandering to a new crowd. And really… who’s calling those things anymore? Can’t you get all the stimulation you need on the net?
