Heheh. Don’t we all hate Mondays? I guess I should elaborate a bit. I hate Monday because my day off is always Tuesday. So every other week I am off the weekend, go back on Monday, and then have another day off. Seems nice to get a break after the shock of starting a workweek, but really I just resent it. Monday is the only thing that stands between me and a four day weekend. A four day weekend, people!!

But at least I am not bitter.

So in other pointless news, I backed up good ol’ dp.com tonight. Well, backup is a fancy word. Really I just FTP’d the whole thing to my desktop. Then I replaced the contents of the cute lil’ folder I made for the last FTP. I know EE has this schnazzy button for these things, but I got a lot more than posts up in there, so I go for the whole enchilada yo. Ever since that little power outage thing this past winter I have been a bit more careful. And by ‘a bit’ I mean WAY MORE CAREFUL. In all caps even. Better safe… period.

Speaking of safe I ought to do some computer maintenance while I am thinking of it. Gah. The chores never end!!

I made it through inventory season!! I am alive. I have a solid night of sleep under my belt. Actually I slept part of the day… Heheheh. Well what can you do? I woke up feeling refreshed though, so now we can get back to normal around here. Did I miss much? Apparently there are/were some fires around SoCal lately. A good friend got me up to speed on that. What else?

I am kinda busy today, being that I slept so late. I have chores around the house, errands to run, and I must get to 24 Hour to catch up on my exercise. I also was hoping to get the car washed too. I think I’l hit the car wash first. Clean car = topless errands. Heheheh.

Why oh why did we do sooo much Christmas decor?? We had no company, no party, we were hardly ever home, and we don’t have kids… Good laaawd! I am just barely done taking the crap down! Do you have any idea how many balls where on that tree? Not to mention the icicles and swirly things. But that was only PART of it. I had holiday coming outa my ass in here! Every corner had something. It was like a department store holiday up in here!

I guess I can be glad that it is done and gone. My back hurts. My feet hurt. I think I wore out the vacuum (note to self: stop decorating with glitter-y things!!) All that’s left is the wreath on the door, and the stack of holiday cards. I am not allowed to just toss those without consulting Richard. One may have like, meaning or something. Well they ALL have meaning, but he may want to save one or something. Now that I think of it, I bet I could DO something with those cards! A crafty Martha Stewart type thing for next year! Oooh!

I had a lot of things I wanted to get done today. I had big plans. So far though, I’ve done nothing. Well that’s not entirely true. I have paid my bills. Nothing to suck out your motivation like watch all your money go bye-bye.

I think that if I skip the gym I can still do every thing else, and get a nice dinner made for Richard tonight. Something good, that I know how to make. Hmm.

I need to start on my list of chores.

So, today is the last day of my 4 days off. I feel that it was the most productive of all! Got the car in for the 20,000 mile tune-up. Did some chores around the house. Added all kinds of improvements to this blog! Go me!
